Pros
It's a fun atmosphere, the management are good people. Questions are welcomed and everyone is willing to assist you to succeed. There are plenty of opportunities to move up in the company. The pay is good and it comes with benefits including health, dental, and pays for Vasa Gym memberships
Cons
Be willing to be very flexible take on a variety of tasks. It can be meticulous and sometimes there can be some miscommunication with what our responsibilities are. Training also needs to be improved as well; it has gotten better since I came on, but I want to make sure that reps understand how to do their job correctly
