Family like environment. Small class sizes are beneficial to students and teachers. Supportive administration.

I can't think of any cons.

Students and parents are sweet.

Teachers are over worked. The school only cares about money, raising money for their management’s pockets, not paying teachers enough, and classrooms are filled over max. They don’t focus on education and what matters in a school.
