Pros

This company has really talented individuals working there. Many have been with the company for tens of years and are extremely knowledgeable about company operations as well as the mailing industry over all. A newly implemented focus on employee satisfaction and appreciation has created more opportunity for the development and advancement of staff. The culture is changing for the better and it seems to be well received by most. Great benefits, insurance, 401k, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement.

Cons

In the past the company was so focused on policies and operational procedures that they didn't pay enough attention to the needs of employees. While they do appear to understand this and be addressing it now there is still a real threat should the new focus lapse.
