Good camaraderie amongst co-workers who want to get the job done.

Cons

The directors are right on top of you, no room to breath, they really get in the way. The director of dealers is a nightmare-nosy, arrogant and in everyones business. The company is cheap and turnover has been high. Compensation is well below offers I received. Germans will not invest money, the mail business is declining.
