Very Unorganized - Anonymous employee FP Mailing Solutions Employee Review

Management is extremely disorganized. Feels like they have no idea what direction they really want to go. If challenged they tend to have a bully like mentality. Pay is really low compared to other companies offering the same positions. Training is an absolute mess as well. It will take much longer than they state to get up to speed on what you need to do unless it is small and tactical. CEO is all over the place as is upper management. They seem to focus on less important things rather than getting core business practices in order.
