Where do I begin! I found out after being with the company for a year that the owner (Mark) was shorting our checks (which I and other employees took him to court for and won), he would come in the office yelling and belittling everyone. I would go in to work each day with so much anxiety I was on the verge of tears when I was around him. There was no structure, mark was just always finding ways to make money and did not care how he went about them. He once sent me on a 20 minute drive to bring a 'client' files and when I returned he gave me a dunkin coupon as 'compensation'. I thought it was a joke.
