New CEO is part time, lives in CT and commutes during the week, has been there since Jan 2015 and has only brought in "new" Ex-Neopost employees to new roles.
Director of Product Management and Marketing, does not know the products and has no idea what Marketing is but continues to work without any idea of his role. HR still has no focus but wants to fire employees for coming in a minute late regardless of how good an employee is. Company is completely focused on Dealer sales and not direct sales, all focus is for an outsourced sales force. Director of Dealer Sales in hated universally within FP and within the Dealer channel, is a complete nightmare of a human being and yet they employ his with all his lies and back stabbing.
Company is living in the 1990's with no CRM system in place and an infrastructure that is built on excel spreadsheets and miserable employees.
