Busy, no need to have clientele, easy to build following

The products are inconsistent, the color line especially is frustrating (doesn't cover gray, really warm brassy tones, etc.) trouble getting products, newer products the ingredients separate. No employee appreciation or encouragement. Never offered any continuing education like ads state. Good if you are starting out, bit ultimately dead end
