- Good exposure to big name clients and senior execs - Opportunities to grow if you get "in" with the right senior people

Cons

- Leadership is not a job requirement for anyone in a leadership position - Minimal training provided and seriously lacking on-the-job training - Nobody to complain to about issues that arise including complaints about racial remarks (HR barely exists and protects the senior people first) - Nepotism is rampant throughout - You are completely dispensable and replaceable, there is no loyalty
