Pros

The people I worked with directly were awesome - dedicated, knowledgeable and committed. Direct supervisor provided opportunities to stretch abilities and valuable feedback

Cons

Management continually changed processes from something that worked to either no process at all or gave the responsibility for a function to a single individual that was already overloaded. No clear direction of where the company was going - projects were continually started, work done, and then shelved.
