Pros

You get exposure really quickly to a variety of projects and teams. Some senior teams/managing directors are really great and others are extremely painful. If you can get into a good team here then you can get promoted really quickly. The pay is generally good - better than big-4 but lower than other private consulting firms.

Cons

Some teams have extremely poor culture and very long work hours. The utilization bonuses are large but still make the bad teams not worth it.
