Pros

- The pay. The utilization bonus is critical to ensure you have 'skin in the game' when the work starts ramping up. - Culture is very respectful, mature, and my boss is fantastic - Senior management exposure (CFOs, controllers, etc.) - The work is interesting, client accounting much simpler than B4's, you really feel like you're making an impact even at the lower levels - The firm is putting its $ where its mouth is on DEI. Double referral bonuses for underrepresented minorities. I'm very proud to work at a firm that puts DEI and other ESG matters front and center. - The firm is growing rapidly; encourages cross-department collaboration and being creative. - Hybrid WFH indefinitely. My boss allows me to WFH whenever. This is hugely important to me. - The WLB is solid. Flexible work arrangements as long as the work gets done, and don't feel like I'm overwhelmed with work. We're encouraged to take PTO. - The office is fantastic, lots of free snacks and drinks, delicious catering almost every other day, sit/stand desks, all make me excited to go into the office.

Cons

- Wish there was more team comradery, FTI feels somewhat disjointed - Not enough younger people in senior management positions (<40 years old). Most MDs and SMDs are 45+. - Not very good training while onboarding - While the utilization bonus is nice, you have to sort of time it right. It pays out quarterly, but A&M's bonus, while annual, pays out a lot more than FTI's.
