Pay is good but not worth being bullied and berated by leadership

Cons

By far one of the most toxic and hostile work environments I have ever experienced in my entire career. During my time working for the real estate practice - I was bullied by their senior leadership and was consistently humiliated in front of colleagues. They rule through fear and I reported to HR who brushed it under the rug. Stay away as far to preserve your sanity.
