Pros
Great work-life balance, majority of the management is very understanding of home needs, especially when you are traveling. You get just about the same consulting perks as anywhere else, but you don't have to cram yourself into the "allotted" per-diem that most firms have. This translates into a lot of nice meals ... the only problem is that you need to exercise to keep the weight off. Overall the work is great and the clients are fantastic. You tend get exposure to a wide variety of industries and in very unique situations. Most of the work is very detail oriented and you have to be able to back up your work product with actual facts. This is definitely not your out of the box solution consulting firm.
Cons
Travel can get tiring at times and the days can be long, but that's with most consulting firms. There is a slight disconnect between some of the individual practices within the firm that could be better put to use.
