Great benefits - great 401K match, backup care, insurance Great networking - you can meet a lot of people in different groups if you work in a metro area like NY, just go to the office! Great Diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Cons is all about the Real estate group. Toxic management, do not care about lower staff. bad pay, bad raise, bad culture. If you join FTI, just do not consider the Real Estate group
