-Putting the wrong in leadership positions -No training or pipelines in place to promote growth & advancement -Top heavy leadership structure that is out of touch -HR Department seems to be only interested in preventing potential lawsuits and not caring for their employees -Office structure is undefined and allows for inappropriate relationships, retaliation and favoritism -Corporate policies are only enforced on a select amount of employees -Leadership is not held accountable for their actions and are held on a pedestal and treated like they can do no wrong -Complaints to HR are ignored and brushed under the rug. -People are promoted into leadership positions despite several HR complaints made against them by several employees -It seems that if you have integrity and ethics, you have to check those at the door
