Pros
Frontier Technology is a company with a heart for people and a head for business. After 20 months with FTI, I am continually impressed with the way our leadership cares for its employees and our clients. They fight for feedback and then challenge the team to implement changes that make sense. I have no plans to go anywhere else, I have found a home with FTI.
Cons
I am in Texas and my leadership is in Ohio, and sometimes the geography makes simple things a bit harder. That said, I have never had any trouble getting in touch with my leadership when needed.
