FTI Does Not Look Out for Its Employees - Sharepoint Developer FTI Defense Employee Review

With the remote availability you need to be attached to your computer at all times. I was a new hire and didn't have my CAC yet and the expectation was that I sit on Teams and do nothing. My Teams had to be active at all time even though, since I didn't have my CAC yet I was on overhead, I wasn't being paid to make sure the Teams was active. I was responsive to email and messages when they came in but I guess I wasn't "Jiggling" my mouse enough and was let go as a result. I was fired before I got a chance to get started. I don't recommend Frontier Technology Inc.
