Pros
If you kiss the right butts, you can get promoted almost every few years. Work is easy and pay is really good for retail.
Cons
CEO and President are micromanagers who cannot agree on anything. They literally have to approve every single catalog pages (mind you, there are many brands which issue catalogs frequently--some on a weekly basis), when they should be letting their direct reports take care of that. How about concentrating on strategy for a change? Like how to reduce dependence on shipping charges contributing to almost half of its company revenue? And instead of paying millions of dollars to move to a glitzy new office, how about giving the employees what they could really use, like Transit Checks and lowering the cost of medical insurance?
