      Pros

      Our private outpatient PT clinic became a FYZICAL and everything I loved about our small company gradually changed. It took about a year (with preaching my new management that everything would remain the same) and before I knew it I was no longer working for the company I loved.

      Cons

      Overwork providers with huge emphasis on productivity, cancellation rates. They preach one-on-one service but this was never the case.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

      Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
