      Pros

      Great family owned business with a promising future ahead. Fabick has acquired the Wisconsin territory and with new locations comes new opportunity for advancement. Fabick has spent time and money into making this a great organization. I have many new opportunities ahead.

      Cons

      They are currently working through some IT issues getting everyone on the same software and data base. It is a simple growing pain but does slow the sale process down. The issue should be resolved by the end of 2018.
