Work on cool new technologies, had freedom to build and R&D on my own.
Cons
The new people added to my team didn't really do anything. One guy would actively hinder progress so he could "work" over time. Got burned out trying pick up the slack and would take responsibility for too much but that's my fault should have communicated better. Left for personal reasons, would go back.
