Pros

I have been with FPG for about a year and a half. I can honestly say I love what I do. The benefits are great. 401k, paid health insurance, vacation and quality of life. As manager its pretty simple, you get what you give. The room for growth is huge as the company continue to grow. FPG has been great especially when taking care of personal issues. It is hands on and fast paced but that's what makes in enjoyable. No day is ever the same.

Nothing negative out of the ordinary.

If you like your coworkers then that would be the only pro FPG can offer.

Cons

It's obvious from the attitude from corporate that FPG is going down the drain. They've either downsized their HR department or everyone walked out. Hiring is impossible between HR taking several MONTHS (I wish I was exaggerating) to hire on new employees and the laughably low pay. Most people quit after their first day-the work is not worth the pay. It's a revolving door for a reason. Also found out that FPG still gets paid for empty positions so they DO NOT want to hire on people. They will work you to death without hesitation then complain when they can't get applicants.
