FPG only allowed hourly employees to work designated hours, allowing for a consistent schedule.

Cons

I do not recommend working within this company on any of the levels. On site, employees are unable to get the supplies they need or adequate communication with management. Management is stretched thin and does not receive the support they need from superiors. Hiring office is overwhelmed with responsibilities and is not given adequate assistance. Corporate office is a high stress environment, with cliques. Not worth any of it.

If you like your coworkers then that would be the only pro FPG can offer.

Cons

It's obvious from the attitude from corporate that FPG is going down the drain. They've either downsized their HR department or everyone walked out. Hiring is impossible between HR taking several MONTHS (I wish I was exaggerating) to hire on new employees and the laughably low pay. Most people quit after their first day-the work is not worth the pay. It's a revolving door for a reason. Also found out that FPG still gets paid for empty positions so they DO NOT want to hire on people. They will work you to death without hesitation then complain when they can't get applicants.
