They don't appreciate the employees that bend over backwards for them and don't be a minute late clocking in for holiday pay you will not get paid if you one minute late clocking in or out you will not get paid dodge this company until they change all of people to be just a workable people

If you like your coworkers then that would be the only pro FPG can offer.

Cons

It's obvious from the attitude from corporate that FPG is going down the drain. They've either downsized their HR department or everyone walked out. Hiring is impossible between HR taking several MONTHS (I wish I was exaggerating) to hire on new employees and the laughably low pay. Most people quit after their first day-the work is not worth the pay. It's a revolving door for a reason. Also found out that FPG still gets paid for empty positions so they DO NOT want to hire on people. They will work you to death without hesitation then complain when they can't get applicants.
