Extremely unorganized upper management with NO communication skills. DO NOT rebut upper management or management period,even when it's an obvious & provable false claim. There is no consistency w/rules and regulations, obvious discrimination and unfounded claims of insubordination., i. While others are not working, and management IS COMPLETELY aware of this, they choose to be more concerned w/insignificant details of crews that DO WORK. Don't challenge obvious shortcomings or dare to ask for real or proper equipment. They DON'T provide the tools necessary to effectively accomplish the task at hand and expect A+ results w/their F- ability to provide ANYTHING. The new training manager is AWESOME, however upper management has done and still do so much damage, this one person's attributes, which ARE MANY☺️ cannot close the distance these other two individuals have created. Management(mainly upper) is easily irritated and completely incompetent at providing ANY type of meaningful structure, uniformity, consistency or guidance. Upper management, Mandy, Frank are completely out of touch w/the common worker. Management is more concerned w/trying to see you fail than creating an environment for success. THEY do not factor in obstacles or safety for that matter. This company runs completely on fear and intimadation. FPG is completely unorganized and incompetent of providing the services they 'claim' to provide for their customers. It's sad because the director is extremely intelligent and useless at the same time. For the most part UPPER MANAGEMENT WILL NOT APPRECIATE YOU, unless you are a 'yes man' w absolute loyalty to their nonsense, meaning you will accept sub par conditions and sacrifice your time and resources for their utter lack of competency to provide a successful work environment. FPG tends to lose their good management( very high turnover). There is only so much backwards mobility an intelligent person can take before they realize it's a dead fight and they have an ineffective & moronic leadership structure. Their corrective displine structure is set up in a way that promotes frustration and failure...I have nothing positive to say about this company. Their moral structure or 'mission statement'. is a joke to the site managers. They do not value their employees and do not honor (in any way, shape or fashion) their contract to the customer. They are more concerned w 'looking' busy than taking the time to do the job correctly and intelligently. They are for show only. Example: they have a manager driving around w/a broken piece of equipment, because that looks good, instead of repairing it. FPG is that person who relies solely on cliff notes and cheats off your exam because they are inept. This company is not genuine and current leadership is like '7 second Dan'. They have a VERY LIMITED ATTENTION SPAN. Every day appears to be a new day in which anything learned was erased from their memory and we're back at ground zero....
