Pros
Senior management is generally kind and approachable. The office is clean and each workspace is very large. Career advancement potential exists here. Work/life balance was great as an hourly.
Cons
No formal training exists. New employees are left to sit at their desks unattended for days (and sometimes weeks) until they take the initiative to figure out what they're supposed to be working on. Employees who try to jump in and help teach are barked at and told to sit down. Operating procedures change daily, making it impossible to achieve flow or feel you're gaining ground and becoming a useful member of the team. Remote salespeople seem unable to regulate their emotions and routinely use company staff to dump their stress and general displeasure on. There is zero accountability. The most aggressive person in any situation wins. There is no pathway for constructive feedback. Your flaws will be discussed with others, but not with you - even if you ask. Nobody smiles. Not everyone is on board with the concept of productivity. There are many hands touching every project and some of them thrive on hitting the brakes and accumulating work that should be passed on. The time clock takes almost ten minutes to log in to. The benefits are below average and VERY expensive. PI/DiSC "Specialist" types may have trouble here because of the nonstop barrage of drama from the sales department, the fluidity of operational processes and the lack of mentorship and constructive feedback.
