Maybe a few more paid holidays would be nice but we still get the normal holidays off.

Not much good about facility concepts

Nice in the break room where they can get in fridge and pee and poop on product that the employees buy. There is no structure everyone kind of does what they want even supervisors. Don’t get hurt there cause they will get rid of you if you slow up do to injury. This place isn’t going forward anytime soon they are too greedy and ignorant to be successful. They only keep about 80 people on staff. They are all about profit they don’t care about the people that make the money for them. I had issues with my fiancé getting really sick and in the hospital had doctors notes and was told that it was alright but they stab you in the back and throw everything back at you for taking care of your family. This is not a good place to work at all.
