Pros
Very experienced and talented management team, good benefits, fair wages and realistic expectations. If you like working in a results driven environment this is a great place for you.
Cons
It would be nice to have more input on direction on decisions. Many directives come down from corporate as written in stone without much time to implement. Company is sales driven and is occasionally more reactionary than proactive. Having said that, the expectations are realistic. Many complain but when it comes right down to it most everyone can accomplish what is being asked of them if they know how to work within a results and sales driven environment.
