Pros
Not many. Paychecks don't bounce, and they offer a lot of positions for middle managers who make good money for not doing much.
Cons
Very top heavy with ineffective middle managers, college educated individuals who know nothing about the parts business. Book smart, but not street smart. No respect or consideration for customer service employees who actually deal with customers every day. Management changes it mind about procedures and policies constantly.
