FairWarning is the most fun environment in which I've ever worked. The company continues to grow quickly, and that growth presents many opportunities to contribute. FairWarning's CEO, Kurt Long, is truly an inspirational leader. He knows how to push his team to be better than they ever thought possible. In my time at FairWarning, I've learned that nothing is impossible. I have been pushed to be better than I ever thought possible. My career has grown very quickly, and I'm always given clear guidance and directives. I simply can't imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
As mentioned above, FairWarning is a very dynamic, fast-growing environment, which isn't for everyone. If you prefer to stay out of the spotlight, do your job and nothing more, and not be bothered, this probably isn't the best setting for you. On the flip side, if you're highly motivated and want to embrace new challenges, you're in the right place.
