Pros

Pros - The people that you work with are generally highly motivated and aspire for bigger things. There are some very very smart people in the company. As a result the team tends to push each other and are always trying to get better and better at what they do. Innovation and new ideas are welcome with open-mindedness. Everyone on my team is very friendly and welcomed me with open arms. Humor and joking around are part of the day-to-day.

Cons

Cons - Like any job you tend to go through phases of having to work very hard for a while, then things settle down for a bit. These phases last for months at a time most of the time. There are some months that are very stressful, then the team breaks through to the other side and you can rest for a bit.
