6yThank you for providing your feedback, we’re sorry you did not have a positive experience at FairWarning. We did want to take a moment to address a few of the comments you mentioned. It appears you are no longer at FairWarning and based on your review, you were probably a team member over a year ago – there have been a lot of changes in 2019.
FairWarning has now hired a new CEO and a big focus for 2019 has been listening to employee feedback and enhancing our policies to reflect what our team actually wants and needs. A few of the big changes have been a switch to unlimited time off, remote working days, and flexible schedules. We have also launched awards and recognition programs as well as annual reviews and a structured merit cycle. FairWarning encourages diversity and has made strides towards building a culture around just that.
