Pros
- Small enough to be exciting and growing, - Big enough to have structure & policies. - It's a great team of people to work with. - Ownership and upper management care about the employees.
Cons
- The health benefit package isn't amazing, but I'm sure it's comparable to companies of similar size and age. - Ditto for the vacation / holiday schedule.
