Benefits and salary are comparable to other local health care jobs. Co-workers are generally dedicated. Equipment is mostly up-to-date

New employee training is minimal. Staff are written up for errors caused by under-staffing, inadequate training/supervision, or system problems. Poor management has no respect or care for employees, the only thing that matters is the bottom line. Hours are set without any discussion with employees and change at the whim of management. HR department is not helpful. Turnover very high. Many long-term employees have left under unpleasant circumstances. The current staff have mostly been there for only a few years.
