Pros
Small town atmosphere- everybody knows everybody, including pts and staff. It feels like an extended family, and everybody takes care of each other. As far as management goes, this is the first company that I have worked for that not only wants to hear your ideas, but upper management actually responds to each idea submitted personally, whether they agree with your suggestion or not, and why. People here are held accountable for their role in providing an exceptional pt experience, some can't handle that expectation.
Cons
Our employee engagement, and pt satisfaction scores are better than all other FV sites but management literally pounds areas for improvement down our throats. Over and Over. Day. After. Day.....and it is very draining.
