Pros
Some of my coworkers, creating relationships with patients
Cons
The management is horrible. They ask for your opinion as to what can be done better or if there is anything they can help you with but they don't honestly want your feedback. If you ever bring an issue to their attention they find a way to turn it around on you! In addition to the management being horrible it reflects on other employees such as the RN's for instance. You ask them to triage a patient and they become upset and asking questions like, "why did they come here and not they're primary clinic?". The CEO is a joke. He took away the one perk almost everyone used which was the 1 free statefair ticket! Just to save on budget costs. The benefits suck. You would think working at Fairview you would get some type of discount for using their clinics for your care but nope! The lowest deductible plan you can choose is $500 and if your not a person that goes to the doctor for everything you will never meet it. Also you have to use your PTO for holidays if you want to be paid. None of the holidays are paid but you still get the day off.
