low standards formal leadership gets drunk with their employees and if you don't join them, you're bullied when you complain about the bullying and poor office etiquette, it gets worse, not better the raises are pathetic health benefits are expensive on the paycheck and out of your pocket real concerns about patient safety doesn't seem to be accounted for no communication from leadership must be in a clique to not have your lunch stolen from the refrigerator suggestions aren't listened to ...the list goes on
