They used to pay well before COVID hit

Senior leadership is untrustworthy, it's a compensation based model and they can't keep us busy anymore, so paycuts have been dramatic. It will take 18 months to come out of the hole based on the comp plan. Work flow is a mess because the system has changed. Turnover rate is huge.
