Constantly short staffed. Patients attacking employees and causing serious injury. Jill in behavioral staffing will screw you over any way she can get away with. Not enough staff to cover day to day needs putting staff at risk. High turnover in staff and providers. Management treats you like a number rather than a person. Upper management keeps to themselves in their nice offices and make policy changes for nothing they know anything about Don’t be played by the money and all the talk about how they do the best for their patients. Staff and patients are treated poorly.
