      Pros

      Have a way with encouraging faithfulness. You really want to believe in this company. We have some very smart people on the teams.

      Cons

      A lot of people that hide under the radar, do nothing and get rewarded because they kiss up. Why they are still here...no one knows, we also have dirty management practices where managers talk badly very openly and in most cases for no reason against individuals to other individuals and managers which makes for a dirty practice when it comes to talent.

      Very good information about Fairview during my New Employee Welcome Meeting. I loved how we discussed the values of the company and how as a team we can make those happen. Kurstin makes things super fun, light, enjoyable, and engaging! Overall, a super positive experience during my orientation!
