Cons
All employees in a department are paid the same (or close) even if some are better at their job or more productive than others. Manager to employee ratio is excessive. There are too many managers who micromanage employees to feel important and employees are leaving as a result. Managers and higher retaliate against employees who identify issues. Employees don't have an opportunity to use vacation time and holidays are only paid if you use PTO.
