      Pros

      Honestly most things about Fairview were great: awesome nurses, loved my co-workers, pay was fine (I made $37/hr) for a hospital setting. 10/10 would work here again if management were different/more understanding.

      Cons

      The new head of Child Life (Olson) is not interested in compromise, creative problem solving, or empathy, and is a micro-manager. If you have kids, do not work for her. She does not have your back and is uninterested in working with you toward a mutually beneficial solution for when kids are sick, especially you're a single parent, and you are out of PTO (because it's sick season).

      Very good information about Fairview during my New Employee Welcome Meeting. I loved how we discussed the values of the company and how as a team we can make those happen. Kurstin makes things super fun, light, enjoyable, and engaging! Overall, a super positive experience during my orientation!
