Pros
Office - good vacation time to earn, good insurance now, great people to get to know. Work load is full and sometimes get overtime. The company is growing and there has been a lot of opportunity for advancement if qualified.
Cons
Low incentive program for office employees. Minimal raises yearly, which are the lower end of the cost of living. 401K contribution is OK but certainly could improve.
