Pros
Good management, good communication and expectations. I worked there during the move from kennesaw down to the Atlanta airport and it was hectic, but everyone worked hard and kept cool. If it weren't for the distance I would have stayed at Faith Technology. Expectations were communicated and if help or further direction was needed it was provided. Training and education were top notch.
Cons
Work can be sporadically longer at times, but that is common in construction. It made it difficult to be a parent with both of us working and not being able to always plan. However, my direct manager and those above him were gracious when they knew the department needed extra hours and worked with my schedule where they could to both our benefit.
