Pros
There was always a good climber kicker adder to your pay and the thrill of traveling with your team was always fun
Cons
Worst management ever and POOR safety regulations. Management would approve a new tower tech on a job site that had no idea what he was doing and a real danger to other climbers as well as mandating that we climb towers 400+ ft in the middle of January/February with 30 degree BELOW ZERO temps. They don't care about you! Also you are never home Monday - Friday!
