The Southeast office is a huge mess. Each project is losing money. The management team hired Project Managers with no expertience which has put a ton of pressure on the field and when things go wrong the field is thrown under the bus. Add on the dysfunctional office that has the worst leadership imaginable and it just gets even worse. The only reason the group has been able to last is because they transfer money from job to job to hide their loses and make it seem like they are more successful than they are. This is completely against the completely against the company's code of ethics but we have been told for years to do this by out management team anyways but if we get caught by the corporate office we will be fired. Don't know how the Executive team hasn't caught on to what is going on here but they either turn a blind eye or just don't care. To sum it up, my fellow field workers should stay away from working here unless you can get in with the Mission Critical group which is run out of a different office.
