Pros
Faith is a great place to work. Great people, great benefits and above average pay. Faith will also make sure that you are well trained and will help with continuing education. I felt that they care about you as an employee and a person at Faith. I would recommend anyone to work for this company.
Cons
Sometime it felt like some of the managers cared more about their relationships with their boss and their bosses boss then the progress of their own team. There was also some favoritism in certain departments.
