Constant churn in leadership (reorgs) - can't make traction on anything Executive leadership is always chasing new and shiny; nothing ever sees completion in non-field initiatives Starting and accruing vacation is poor/low No trust in managers and lower level leaders to do their jobs; a select few call the shots, if they don't like it or weren't involved, its sabotaged Lacks the ability to execute
