Pros
There are so many pros that stand out to me, but I will list the ones that are most important to me. -Everyone is paid well! Even apprentices. -Amazing health care, dental, vision -401k -Vacation/Personal Leave -2 Paid hours off per month to focus on mental health -Merit Based Raises -They give everyone the tools to grow within their career -Traveling opportunity with $100/day per diem What you give is what you receive here. At Faith if you show up and work hard you will feel the appreciation. While the hours can be intense at times, you are well compensated, and management believes in family first.
Cons
Not entirely a con but can be.. Easy burn out… If you are here for just to get paid and not willing to learn new things you will find yourself doing the same thing over and over. If you don’t show the will to do more than spot someone in a lift.. Well you’re just going to spot for 10 hours a day. Everything is merit based, so the fun things go to those who want to learn or have had the willing to learn and work hard.
